Why direct is cheaper
Airbnb and Booking.com charge guests a service fee on every booking — around 10% of the total. We don't pay that fee here, so we pass the saving to you. Same apartment, same host, same dates — direct is always cheaper.
The guarantee
If you find the same apartment available on Airbnb or Booking.com for the same dates at a lower total price (including all fees and taxes), we'll match it — or refund the difference if you've already paid.

What’s included in the direct price
- The nightly rate, exactly as shown.
- The cleaning fee (one-off per booking).
- Any extra fees applicable to your booking (these are shown before you pay).
- VAT, where applicable.
No surprise platform service fees. The price you see in the booking widget is the price you pay.
