Cancellation policy
Plans change — we get it. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work when you book direct.
Free cancellation window
Cancel up to 14 days before check-in: full refund, no questions asked.
Within 14 days of check-in
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Within 7 days: non-refundable. The booking still belongs to you, so you're welcome to send a friend or family member instead — just let Judith know the new guest's name.
How to cancel
Email rockrentalsgib@gmail.com or message Judith on WhatsApp. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Force majeure
If your travel is disrupted by a serious unforeseen event — a flight cancellation, illness with a doctor's note, a family bereavement, or a government travel restriction — Judith will work with you in good faith on a refund or date change, even outside the windows above. Please just be in touch as soon as you know.
Changes to dates
If your dates change but you still want to come, contact Judith. Date changes more than 14 days before check-in are usually free, subject to availability and any difference in nightly rate.
